Use Trefna fairly, securely and lawfully.
This policy forms part of the Trefna Terms of Use and applies to every account, workspace, invitation and support request.

Use the service lawfully
Only use Trefna for lawful business, professional or personal record-keeping purposes. You must have the right to enter, upload, share and process any information placed in your workspace.
Keep access personal
Do not share accounts, credentials, recovery links or payment access. Invite people through Trefna and give them only the access they need. Do not use another person’s account or attempt to access a workspace that has not been shared with you.
Do not misuse the platform
Do not introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or probe the service, overload it, bypass subscription or permission controls, impersonate someone else, or interfere with other users’ access.
Respect people and information
Do not use Trefna to harass, defame, threaten, discriminate against or unlawfully monitor anyone. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, confidential or sensitive information unless you are authorised to do so and it is appropriate for the service.
What can happen if this is breached
We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to protect Trefna, customers or others. We will normally explain the issue and give a route to resolve it where doing so is safe and appropriate.
